| | Medicalize Demo Steps for viewing for the first time the 3D model using the SOV. If you have already installed it, jump to step 4. 1. Have Internet Explorer 4 or newer on a Windows 95/98/NT4 PC (minimum 133 MHz and 64 MB RAM). 2. Donwload the SOV Active-X control. 3. Unzip it and install it (provide a Serial Number 000 during the installation process) . 4. Download the vertebra (2.7 MBytes) 
in a folder on your PC (you may need to right-click on the link and choose Save
as...) Take note of the location: you will need it later. Be careful to save it
as a file with extension .vg 5. Start the SOV page and follow instructions. You will be required to allow the script to bypass your security settings: answer YES to the question. If this fails, you have to set low security level for your Internet Explorer in order to execute the ActiveX control for browsing the model. You can also try the VRML version (3.2 MBytes), which requires only a VRML enabled browser (e.g. Netscape plus Cosmo Player). The waiting time can be long if the available bandwidth is scarce. | ||
